Using Rulers with Your Home Sewing Machine

$50 plus $20 kit fee
Teacher: Sue Patten

This class is packed full of ruler tips and tricks. It will teach you how to use a variety of different style rulers safely and easily on your domestic sewing machine. This class covers when and why to choose a 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch ruler, depending on your machine and the ruler foot that works best with your own brand of sewing machine. Students will learn to use the new Path Easy rulers to create their own edge-to-edge quilting quickly, easily, and without the need to send their future quilts to a longarmer for finishing. We will also learn to use a variety of rulers for perfect feathers, a multitude of shapes, and accurate, easy background fills.
Come learn how easy it is to RULE YOUR QUILT with tools designed specifically for the home sewing machine quilter.

**This class requires a machine with a free motion table or base, the ability to drop the feed dogs, and a ruler foot.**
