Patchwork Plus is an Authorized Service Center for Bernina, Brother, and Handi Quilter. Our two certified technicians service and repair sewing machines, embroidery machines, and longarm quilting machines from these three brands.

As an authorized service center, we can provide both warranty and non-warranty service for Bernina, Brother, and Handi Quilter machines. Whether your machine needs routine maintenance, cleaning and adjustment, troubleshooting, or repair, our technicians can help get you back to sewing.

Service for Singer & Other Sewing Machine Brands

Have another brand of sewing machine? Give us a call. Our technicians can often service mechanical sewing machines from other manufacturers, including brands such as Singer.

Service for computerized machines from other manufacturers is considered on a case-by-case basis. If the problem can be repaired mechanically, we may be able to help. Because Patchwork Plus is not an authorized service center for these other brands, we cannot perform warranty repairs or obtain manufacturer-specific parts that are available only to authorized dealers.

Bringing Your Machine in for Service

No appointment is necessary to drop off your machine during regular store hours.

When bringing in a sewing or embroidery machine, please include the power cord, foot control, and any accessories needed to reproduce the problem you're experiencing. If possible, include a sample showing the stitching or embroidery issue and a brief description of what the machine is doing. This can help our technicians diagnose the problem more efficiently.
