Returns

We will gladly provide returns for any product* within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and like new condition. 

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned products. 

Shipping is non-refundable.

We try very hard to make sure that every order is filled correctly, but if we have made an error in your order please contact us right away so that we can make it right!

 *We are not able to accept returns on software or digital products such as embroidery designs. We also cannot accept returns on fabric which has been washed or cut.
