This quilt has three clever turns of events. Catherine of Running Doe quilts starts with square in a square blocks. She turns them into large star blocks. Then in the final turn, sews them together to form woven ribbons. The pattern uses just 4 fabrics and a background. The stitch and flip technique keeps the cutting just simple squares.
Like all Villa Rosa Designs patterns, it is easy to read with just one size, 56”x 70”.
No need for special tools - just your favorite rotary cutter and ruler.
